There is a belief that there is somebody who needs to do something, to accomplish something, to attain something. This belief appears to you, and sometimes it hooks you. Meaning, sometimes consciousness goes along with its own play, because it is the only reality.
So we become more and more childlike, more and more innocent, spontaneous, not-knowing. There’s a beautiful harmony to that. It is a return to the source, which is what we are. It is a journey without taking any step.
Presence, being. The reality of all forms, reality of your thoughts, of your memories, of your bodily sensations, of the world. It does not belong to the world, does not belong to the body.
