Welcome.

So we
are open,
available,
an open loving welcoming
the open heart and quiet mind.
So we invite ourself to this restfulness.

An effortless abandonment
a welcoming
because everything
is already appearing,
whatever it is that is appearing.
We are that
effortless awareness.

Sensations
within the body appearing
in this vastness,
in this availability
from the perspective
of presence,
from the perspective of awareness.
All is well.

We are not subject
to whatever appears
on the screen of awareness.

So beautiful,
this freedom;
God given.

So we are
open and accepting,
allowing,
recognizing grace,
the wonder of being,
sensing,
perceiving,
being
without any need to
diminish being,
by being somebody
to allow the freedom
of being
to be.

It is.

Yes, there are
images on the screen.

But what you are
is not an image.
It’s not
something perceived.

Mind events appear to you.

Body-mind states
appear to you.

Can we be
gentle?

Without grasping
and resisting.

How the wind blows and,
when the time is right,
the leaf falls off the branch
and swings and dances
as the wind together
as one.

No resistance.

The leaf is not holding
on to the branch.
What is happening?

What is this waking dream?

There is that in your experience
which neither comes nor goes.

Bodies are constantly changing;
the heartbeat,
gentle movement of the breath.

Thoughts
appearing.

A musical show, a symphony.

But this effortless awareness,
this effortless presence,
that which perceives right now
that formless presence,

has no phenomenal
attributes,
neither male nor female.

Like the sunshine
shining onto everything.

Awareness
is effortlessly aware
by its very nature
as an aware reality.

Impersonal,
borderless.
Without any opposition.

You are that
universal aware presence.
You perceive
the world,
the body,
perceive thoughts,
images.

Effortlessly.
It’s your creation.
Creation and perception
are not two.

So in this moment,
you are deeply immersed
in the totality,
just your true nature,
your true home.

Can you navigate
the realm of appearance?
Can you navigate your dream
while being clear
about your formless reality,
keeping your hand in God’s hand.
Yeah.
Why not?

So that the
dance of manifestation
is a sweet dance.

Because God’s love
is being channeled
right through you.

There is no personal wisdom,
because the personal self is illusory.

Only I is real.
I does not refer
to the personal mind
which you perceive.

Be the embrace.

Universal embrace of love,
heart to heart.

We no need to
give in to fear.

It always
refers to
the belief in separation.

Be humble.
Your wisdom is God’s wisdom,
not yours.

Remain not-knowing.
Allow.
