Dear Jeff, please let me know if this works better (on your Android phone):
Hello, everyone.
So…
welcome.
So if we can turn our attention
without knowing any direction,
a sort of resting,
noticing that which is unmoving
right now in our experience.
Because there is that
within which everything appears,
but which does not appear.
So you can turn
your attention inward
as a way of speaking.
And allow things
to be as they are.
Meaning,
there is nothing
that you need to do
as a person.
Notice that there is
no effort required
to be aware.
Awareness is effortless.
And this effortlessness is peace.
The ocean
of being.
Our true nature,
our essence is this
bliss.
When the body
and the mind
perceptions
are movements of that,
of the non movement.
Which is how bliss dances.
We are habituated
to play the game of resistance and seeking.
And at some point
our interest in resistance and seeking
diminishes.
It ceases to attract us.
We become more and more interested
in resting as being in the midst of activity.
To be undisturbed.
So right now,
as you sit here,
explore being undisturbed.
You can turn your attention
towards the sensations
within your body.
An explorer being
very loving,
embracing,
kind
without being interested
in any particular
goal or direction.
The sensation appears within your body.
The thought appears within your mind.
They are appearing in awareness.
Like a flock of bird
that’s flying by
or clouds in the sky.
There is no interest in
changing anything.
There is a trust
in the openness.
A trust in not knowing,
a trust in being.
To meet our experience
in complete freshness,
meaning not in time.
Without stories,
without the past,
without narratives.
Just sinking
deeper and deeper
in presence.
Meaning
less and less
doing.
The mind may invite you
to do something,
get somewhere,
figure something out.
But these are endless pursuits,
which only serve to maintain
the activity of mind.
Seeking something,
trying to grasp something,
meaning it’s assuming
incompleteness,
assuming lack.
And you’ll be without
any assumptions
about yourself.
You’re not a woman.
You’re not a man.
You’re not a person.
You’re not a son.
You’re not a daughter.
No assumptions whatsoever.
No identification.
Because the body…
the body may be a male,
female body,
a father or mother,
son or daughter.
But you,
what is this you?
What is I in your experience
without thought,
without memory,
in this moment,
which has no duration,
no time.
Time appears to you.
Yesterday’s breakfast
or last week’s trip
appears to YOU,
what is this you right now?
Certain thoughts may appear
about this problem I have
and what my father
or mother did to me,
how deeply they wounded me.
I need to heal
from these wounds.
All that appears to you.
It appears with awareness,
like ripples appear
on the surface of the pond,
but they’re not separate.
They’re just a movement
within the pond
and not separate from the pond.
You are that vastness.
You are the pond,
the ocean of being,
effortlessly so.
Imagining yourself
to be a woman or a man,
a person with a history and trauma.
But it’s okay
to explore your trauma
and work on releasing,
clearing the past…
But not to believe
that you are somebody,
that you are an entity
which exists in time and space.
You don’t exist in time and space.
Time and space appear to you.
Space appears to you
as perception.
The oak tree in the yard
over there.
Distance,
but it’s not over there.
Over there is right here.
Awakened.
There is no separation
anywhere in the cosmos.
Separation is a belief,
habitual,
and it inhabits itself
in our sensory field.
We sense,
we feel that I am here,
and you are over there.
What is your experience
of over there,
of me being over there
or the mountain being over there?
What is your experience
of over there
if not right here,
right now.
The sense of separation
doesn’t only appear in thoughts:
I am this.
I am that.
Why did he do this to me?
Why did this happen to me?
It’s also in the body.
So you can invite yourself right now.
Sorry. I don’t understand.
You can invite yourself right now
to turn your attention to the body
and notice whatever is appearing.
If possible,
do not name it.
Do not label
whatever you perceive
within the sensory field.
And gently
approach it lovingly.
Release your hold.
Be like a child,
innocent,
facing
a new experience,
a new appearance,
a new manifestation
without grasping,
without any personal intention.
Just an interest,
a gentle,
loving interest,
sort of a ‘hello’.
There is complete freedom
in not grasping
and not knowing
and not laboring.
To be still and open.
Sensing,
perceiving,
being,
not knowing,
loving.
It is compassion,
Love.
Unconditional love,
the yesness.
You can invite your body
to this
celebration of consciousness,
creativity.
It’s a sense of play
and the freedom.
So beautiful
to perceive a sensation
without knowing it,
there is beauty,
the sensation of your feet
on the ground without words,
the heartbeat,
the breath,
sensation of your neck.
Your belly.
And when we meet each other,
it’s so beautiful because
there are sensations
that arise within the body
in relationship.
To also notice
that inner field,
the inner realm.
To notice how sometimes
we want something.
The body sort of
becomes alert,
like as if it is hunting.
To notice that
the way the body is
and how it expresses,
appears.
It’s all appearing
within awareness.
The interest is completely open.
It’s not directed
towards a personal goal.
That is the party pooper,
the spoiler.
How can I get there?
How can I get this?
Or how can I get rid of this?
To be available
for the entire
field of manifestation.
Freshly,
without knowing
without the narrative.
It’s God’s play.
There is no other play.
There is no other player.
So if you have any questions,
anything that you would like to explore,
please make sure to unmute yourself,
and you can raise your hand.
There’s also a react button
in the bottom of the screen
where you can also raise your hand.
Any questions?
And you’re welcome to turn on your videos.
I always enjoy seeing you if you care to.
Any questions?
