Hello, everyone.
So we invite ourselves
to sink deeper and deeper
into the Source
into Presence.
The vastness of Being.
Presence beyond time and space.
A deep relaxation.
Letting go of the mind
just for now.
Opening to the unknown.
Awakening to the source
where the mind is still
quiet
without any personal goals.
We perceive without
knowing what it is.
We use the words sensation or thought
but we can drop these labels
and allow the wind of consciousness
to cajole us.
Every moment completely fresh.
There is the understanding
that I am this formless
vastness
beingness.
This peace
which is causeless
the peace of being
the peace of the source
God’s peace
universal peace.
The understanding that
there is nothing separate.
That separation is a mind impression
a narrative.
The understanding that
we are not defined
by the mind
by events in the world
by situations in the body mind.
They are images on the screen
of consciousness.
The sound of the stream
ripples on the surface of the pond.
The understanding that
‘I’ refers to this formless vastness
the reality of the world-body-mind
which are folds within the fabric.
The understanding that birth and death
are perceptions
conceptions
mind-stuff.
Aspects of the human dream.
This human dream belongs to God.
The understanding that
you are the dreamer
and this dreamer is dreaming all dreams
via innumerable forms.
The understanding that
there is only one freedom
which appears to be personal
but it comes from and belongs to the father
to reality.
And there is the understanding about love.
Our experience
the experience of love
which is the experience
of oneness
of wholeness
nonduality
Advaita.
The other is your very self.
The world is yourself.
Not two.
We have never been separate.
Never been two.
Always one.
Always this one reality.
The experience of
everybody being your very self
in a profound way.
Effortless love
impersonal
embracing everyone
and everything.
Affectionately
without judgment
as understanding is love.
Gentle way
of meeting
of interacting.
A gift.
Freedom from neediness.
A light in the darkness.
There is innocence in love
playfulness.
Always available.
Childlike innocence
and purity.
We are that.
The absence of the me-story.
Who needs it?
There is the understanding that
That which perceives
is the eyes of God.
It’s formless.
Reality perceives its creation
perceives itself.
No separate objects.
Nothing is separate.
And this perception is not in time.
David Böhm referred to this as
an apperception.
Perceiving beyond the mind.
The source perceiving itself.
Its glory.
Its majesty.
A ray of sunshine
piercing through
the dense forest.
Shining.
The sound of your feet
onto the ground
crunching dry leaves
as you are walking on the trail.
The breath.
The song of birds
calling your attention.
The gurgling of a stream;
never heard before.
Beauty is the appreciation of
beauty
is an appreciation of
the source
the divine appreciating itself.
A reminder
about our true self.
The experience of beauty
is that reminder;
what you truly are.
The collapse of the me-structure
this illusory veil.
So beautiful to be.
Your nakedness
your unveiled self.
So tender.
