Hello, everyone.
Lovely to see you.
Welcome.
This formless presence.
Always on board.
Whatever appears to you,
such a magical thing,
this perceiving.
This formless awareness
which is untouched.
Which is inviting us
into the vastness,
to the depth,
the depth of Being.
The ocean,
the peace.
The ground of being.
Profound silence.
There is no separation.
No distance.
The humming of the airplane,
the breath.
Everything which appears to you
comes to a point of dissolution.
That tip, that wind where the
arising comes to an end.
We experience that,
at the end of a sound,
at the end of the inhalation.
Before any arising,
there is the non arising,
which is beyond words.
Everything is dissolved
in this presence.
Which is a sort of absence,
an absent presence.
Present absence.
Effortless, borderless
vastness.
This is the place of healing;
healing the illusion of suffering.
Healing the me-narrative,
which is always trying to resist
or to push the stream,
which is attached
to its opinion,
its belief.
Even the river flows effortlessly.
It’s completely abandoned,
free,
unburdened,
unattached.
It’s not trying to go
downstream,
or upstream.
It is free
from up and down,
good and bad,
health and disease,
wealth and poverty.
It’s your true home,
this unconditional freedom.
The mind is a passing dream.
But you call your life
what you refer to as my life.
It’s just a narrative,
a storyline,
which you never truly experience,
which you imagined,
but you don’t truly experience.
Because your experience
is always this formless Presence.
This empty fullness.
This no-narrative.
No time.
We seek freedom
from our personal burdens.
But what is this person?
Who is burdened?
What if you are the river,
the effortless Beingness?
What is this me-belief?
Can it be
a ripple
on the surface of the stream,
on the surface of the pond,
which does not define the pond.
Could it be a reflection
of universal beingness,
a reflection of the cosmic mystery.
Which we could perceive and
let it be.
No need to build a dam
and set up your camp.
Cherish the freedom.
Freedom from beliefs,
from opinions.
To engage with your body,
the world,
lightly.
Without planting your flag.
Without the claiming a turf.
Allow the river to flow;
rest as you are.
The depth of being,
the vastness of awareness,
formless,
effortless.
Do you have any questions?
Anything you would like to explore?
You know the drill.
Any questions?
