what does it do
to be
to experience
not in time

not to relate
to a past

in fact
we never experienced the past

let’s say a current
a current image

a certain narrative

about

me in time

to know
that it’s a narrative
this
knowingness

that you don’t exist in time

that
an image
a thought about
this morning

appears in this
instant

it’s always this instant

of
being

it’s of the shape of a memory maybe
but it’s always right now
always in this instant

which has no duration

that’s delightful

the eternity of being

which
is not holding on to
any story

no stories about itself

there may be a story about world events

or
about how
it feels to swim in the pacific ocean or
the cold sensation
of swimming the ocean
tingling

but there is no story about myself

because there is a knowingness
an understanding

that myself is not
somebody in space and time

someone

there may be the body swimming
maybe
waves
breaking against
the shore

but it’s the eternity of being

it’s plain display
appearing
as the ocean and waves

appearing as
sensation

bodily
sensations
perceptions

all of this happening
these happenings

are
not separate in any way whatsoever

from the universe
from your very self

everything belongs to that one reality

which is formless invisible

and yet it
plays

and displays itself
to itself

displays itself as
the sun shining
onto the
surface of the ocean

displays itself
to itself as
clouds forming
a wide open sky
different shapes and

colors

sunrises and sunsets

the breath
the heartbeat

the intricate functioning of the
immune system

the digestive system

the singing of the birds

the feeling of warmth

throughout the body

it’s always this instant
an instant of
not knowing
an instant in which
there isn’t yet a room for a narrative

and yet
it displays itself
from itself
and to itself
as all narratives

while remaining
as a
non-narrative

there is both the movement of
the surface of the ocean
waves of various shapes and size
all sorts of events

simultaneously
it is all
imbued with the stillness and

the formlessness of being

so that
you can play
but the play
does not impinch impact
on your freedom your innate freedom
as universal being

which is the freedom of the universe
the freedom of consciousness to

freely create

without any condition whatsoever

never any problem
no issue

because what
consciousness does not desire
