Welcome, everyone. Lovely to be with you. Since there are a couple of newcomers,just a reminder that this meetingwill start with a short guided meditation,which will be followed by whateverquestions you may have. Everything you perceive, you perceive bathed in the stillness, bathed in silence, bathed in peace. We have the habit of following form, whatever appears to us, we have a habit of chasing stuff, which is not always necessary. There is a magical order in life. Things unfold. They present themselves to us.

We are habituated to believe that we need to do things, we need to be in charge. That’s the illusion! The illusion of somebody being in charge. Somebody who’s in control. And so we spin our wheels, in vain. The mind becomes very busy trying to get somewhere. This part of the illusion, that there…

Allow every sensation that arises to you to be free. Notice the effortlessness of awareness. Thoughts appear and disappear. Sensations constantly shifting.

And in the phenomenal realm, we all know that death is inevitable. Most often, it seems to be a dreadful thing, because we are wired for survival. The body-mind is wired for survival and procreation. So there is this wiring within the body-mind to figure its way in the face of danger to survive. But…

So we invite ourself completely, without knowing, without history, allowing and trusting that the understanding is there, loving us and revealing itself to us and inviting us to the recognition of our innate freedom, our noumenal reality.

There is no effort in being in loving in being the love when the past is absent when the me-narrative, the me-belief is quiet.

Although waves appear on the surface of the ocean, their essence is water, which is the essence of the ocean. The ocean is not defined by the waves. Similarly, events that appear to you within the body, within the world, within the mind, they are fleeting. There is no need to hold on to them…

So do not limit yourself to the senses. Notice their source, notice their essence, which is awareness. You. You are this vastness.

So, allow, be and let be. Freshly moment by moment. No direction, no purpose, no objective, because you are already That. You are the Home that you seek. It’s a done deal. Don’t mistake yourself. to be an entity in time and space.
